The Tunisian star Issam Jebali, a midfielder for Japan's Gamba Osaka club, was crowned the best player in the AFC Champions League for the second time this season.

This followed the thrilling final match that brought his team together with the Saudi club Al-Nassr, in which the Japanese team emerged victorious.

Jebali's selection came as a result of the high and consistent levels he demonstrated throughout the tournament, as he led the Japanese team with competence and was the cornerstone in the decisive moments that qualified his team to reach the final scene of the continental competition in its new edition.

With this prestigious individual achievement, the Tunisian star adds a distinctive Arab touch to the Asian fields, affirming his great artistic value as one of the most prominent foreign professionals in the Yellow Continent this season.
