Zinedine Zidane, the head coach of the France national team, has relied on most of his squad during the first four matches, as all 20 players in midfield, defense, and attack have received playing minutes, alongside goalkeeper Julien Restes' participation against Belgium.

The only player who did not participate with the 'Blues' during this gathering is goalkeeper Jean Butez, who joined the squad after goalkeeper Robin Risser was sidelined due to injury.

Jean Butez, the goalkeeper of Como, has received his first call-up to the French national team at the age of 31, but he was unable to make his international debut.

Despite being with the national team during the four matches against Türkiye and Belgium, Italy and Belgium, Zinedine Zidane preferred to rely on Mike Maignan and Gauthier Gallon in goal, leaving Jean Butez as the only player in the squad who has not received any minutes under the French coach.
