Vancouver Whitecaps have announced the extension of German star Thomas Müller's contract to remain with the team through the 2027 Major League Soccer season.
Thomas Müller, aged 37, continues his adventure with Vancouver after joining the club in the summer of 2025 following a 17-year career with Bayern Munich. Since his arrival, the German player has become one of the key figures in the team both on and off the pitch.
According to Opta statistics, Müller has played 34 matches with Vancouver across all competitions, scoring 17 goals and providing 9 assists, bringing his total contributions to 26 goals.
Thomas Müller confirmed his happiness at continuing his journey with the club, noting that he still enjoys playing weekly and feels in good physical condition, looking forward to what the team can achieve during the current season and the next.
Thomas Müller has ended his career with Bayern Munich after more than 500 matches with the team, achieving 13 titles in the Bundesliga, before moving to Vancouver. He also won the FIFA World Cup with Germany in 2014.
