The Qatari club Umm Salal officially announced today, Tuesday, the signing of player Jean Odys Aholo.

Aholo joins Umm Salal on a free transfer after his contract ended this summer with the French club Angers.

It is worth noting that Aholo is an international midfielder for the Ivory Coast national team and is 31 years old.

Aholo has previously played in the French league for other clubs including Strasbourg, Monaco, and Saint-Étienne.
