The Saudi newspaper "Asharq Al-Awsat" reported that French club Toulouse is interested in signing Abdullah Matouq, a player from the youth team and the Olympic national team, who is currently on loan to Al-Jandal.

The newspaper explained that the player's outstanding performance with Al-Jandal during his current loan period and with the Saudi Olympic national team has put him under Toulouse's radar.

It indicated that the management of Toulouse will officially negotiate with the youth team in the coming period, signaling a serious intention to contract with him for at least two seasons.
