Al Ittihad has cancelled ticket sales for their match against Al Shabab following the Saudi Pro League's decision to postpone the fixture, announcing that refunds will be issued to fans who had previously purchased tickets.
The postponed match will take place at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium in Jeddah on Saturday, December 19, instead of its previous date.
The official account of Al-Ittihad fans confirmed that the value of canceled tickets will be refunded to buyers' e-wallets through the 'WeBook' platform, after the sale process for the match was halted.
The account clarified that fans wishing to refund their money directly to their bank accounts can do so through the electronic wallet on the platform.
The recovery process requires selecting the bank account to which the amount should be transferred, then filling out the designated form and completing the outlined steps, until the ticket value is returned to the beneficiaries.
