Real Madrid continued their preparations for upcoming matches on Wednesday with their third training session of the week in the Real Madrid city, under the guidance of coach José Mourinho.
The training session saw the participation of available players under Mourinho, along with a group of academy players. The session began on the pitch with activation and warm-up exercises, in addition to possession and passing drills in tight spaces.
After that, Real Madrid players held a training match on a small-sized pitch, before concluding the session with a series of running drills on the field as part of the team's physical program.
Training saw the continued absence of five players due to their rehabilitation programs: Ibrahima Konaté, Kylian Mbappé, Ferland Mendy, Federico Valverde, and Rodrygo.
The quintet continues to work on various stages of recovery, awaiting developments in their condition and readiness to return to team training and participate in upcoming matches.
Mourinho is using the current international break to work with the available squad and improve their physical and technical readiness, while he awaits the return of injured players before the resumption of the season's competitions.
